Details

The Beeches was a very traditional 4-bedroom home that lacked kitchen/ dinning space. We added a single storey extension and removed a wall to create a large open plan kitchen and dining space more suited to a family home. The property had a full rewire and a new heating system upgrading to an eco combi boiler. The size of the bedrooms was hindered by the chimney stack that went through the middle of the property; this was removed creating 4 double bedrooms.
